Marvel Universe LIVE! Motorcycle Ramp

For the touring production of Marvel Universe LIVE!, AMC fabricated a one-of-a-kind retractable motorcycle ramp for use in pivotal stunts. Built in 5 to 10 foot sections, the aluminum circular ramp was designed to fold into the rafters of each arena when not in use, within a circular truss. For a chase scene with superheroes such as Captain America, the ramp lowered from the ceiling to a stage, where stunt performers would ride motorcycles to a vertical height of approximately 30 feet. In addition, AMC fabricated a movable trolley to hold the winch arrays for lifting the ramp.
